- Is the 3-day trial really 3 days?
- Yes. A card is required at signup, and your first charge runs on day four if you decide to keep going. No hidden extensions, no auto-upsells.
- Why a 5-driver minimum?
- Certflo is priced for motor carriers with an active Driver Qualification File to manage. The 5-driver minimum (floor: $145/month) keeps pricing predictable and lets us focus on the fleets we're built for.
- Are the 10 office seats included or extra?
- Included. Branch managers, supervisors, and dispatchers get up to 10 seats free per account. You only pay per driver.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Certflo bills monthly, so you never commit to something you haven't used. Annual billing may come later as demand grows.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account billing page. One click, no retention call. Cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged.
